This week’s challenge is the Double-Crunch. I’ve posted my week’s goals.
And here’s what I did:
Exercise:
- I did 55 crunches. I took a few breaks in between as my muscles started to hurt, but this was about as much as I could do today. Tomorrow, I do 60. 🙂
- No walkies. Today is an off day, and it’s a good thing since I’m still dealing with the after effects of the migraine.
Health:
- Got moving at 6:30. Can’t really say I got out of bed since I did my crunches in bed itself. I need a surface that won’t hurt my back, and the bed is the best place. Firm mattress, so it’s all good. 🙂
- Drank my electrolytes.
- Added aloe vera to my juice.
I’ve been neglecting my aloe vera garden lately, so it’s time for me to get back into a regular watering schedule. Some leaves are shrivelling up, and that’s not good. They’ll recover, though – they’re pretty hardy. And they grow fast here. 🙂
