Ribbon Emroidery Redux

DMC and Anchor cotton embroidery flosses (in the US and Canada, at any rate) are both colorfast and do not need to be set further. Being 100% cotton, you may want to do a hot water soak to shrink if you’re stitching on something not-cotton so you don’t get puckering. That, of course, would likely only apply if you ever, in your future may wash your garment in hot water. If you regularly wash everything in warm/cold water, then do a pre-wash in those temperatures.

Of course, I have no idea yet if either DMC or Anchor are available here.
