Project #365 Day 160 – Decorative Palm Seeds

decorative palm, immature seeds, Sri Lanka

We have a decorative palm in our front yard that goes to seed in a sort of serial manner. One seed pod opens up and matures, then a month or so later, another one does the same, and so on.

As these seeds mature, they turn orange, and then to a deep rich red. This is them in the immature state.

What do you think? Do you like it, hate it, or are you indifferent to it? What works for you? What doesn’t? 🙂
