It's likely a shop and it's likely on government land. And the buildings further up the railroad track that are, oh, two or three feet from the tracks? A good lot of them are people's homes, some as small as four or five feet by four or five feet and in no better condition that this one that's been assembled out of scrap pieces of asbestos sheeting. And they'll house the entire intergenerational family, perhaps as many as half a dozen or a dozen people.
