The laptop is still dead. We took it away from the computer repair shop – after 5 days at the shop, they hadn’t even opened it. Just kept giving me more excuses for delays with no actual activity. It’s now with a friend of Fahim’s who’s likely to be able to fix it. Meanwhile, we bought me another one because I can’t live without something, and I was seriously starting to go blind using Fahim’s old one.
