Project #365 Day 97 – Gava-Koka Revisited

This bird is a Cattle Egret (Bubulcus ibis), so named because it follows cattle around. In Sinhala, it’s called a Gava-Koka. S/he was standing on a cow in this picture, but happily, stood there long enough that I could get a decent close up. Thank you, dear gava-koka. 🙂
