This monitor lizard (s/he’s about five feet long or so) was in our neighbor’s yard. The neighbor shooed the lizard out, and s/he crossed the road, walked under a jeep parked on the opposite side of the road, then slithered into the gutters, disappearing.
No doubt s/he’ll be back. S/he’s a frequent enough visitor in this neighborhood. 🙂
