Remember the cake I made a couple of days ago with bran instead of oats, and rice flour instead of white wheat flour, and it ended up being too dry, crumbly, and not sweet enough or chocolatey enough? Well, yesterday I made chocolate fudge icing.
This chocolate fudge icing is so incredibly nummy. I gotta put it on my website.
It’s fairly runny when I pour it on the cake, but after a few minutes in the fridge, it hardens up really well.
It’s actually saved the cake.
Although, truth be told, I’d rather eat the icing than the cake. And considering that normally, I don’t like icing, this is a huge compliment to the recipe.
