There are now over 450 counts of election violence, but I haven’t heard any more about anyone dying, so perhaps the body count actually remains at 2. That sure would be interesting.
What we’ve been hearing about lately is Buddhist Monks being beaten up.
Guess who’s beating them up?
Other Buddhists.
The Buddhist people really don’t like it that their monks are running in the election. They think the monks should stay out of politics, period.
So these Buddhists, who proclaim peace and non-violence, are beating up their own. Ironic, isn’t it?
