Fahim can’t sing, yet strangely, he still insists on doing it.

I watched the rest of the Hindi movie from yesterday. This one wasn’t that long – only 3 hours and 15 minutes. It’s all the song and dance numbers that have been added to it that make them that long. And while I don’t understand a word of the songs, and unlike the rest of the movie, they aren’t subtitled, I still enjoy them in a voyeuristic way.

Oh hey, here’s something I haven’t mentioned before.

Fahim can’t sing.

I can’t either, so it’s no biggie, but I don’t try to sing along with the Hindi songs in the Hindi movies. It helps that I don’t know any of the words or the tunes. Heck, I don’t know the words to any songs – except for the first line or two. At that point, my memory eludes me.

Fahim doesn’t either, but that doesn’t stop him.

Internally, I’m busting a gut laughing, but because I love him dearly, I don’t laugh out loud at him. Perhaps I should?

Anyway, the point being – it’s distracting, it makes it hard to hear the songs as they were intended, and it’s damn funny. I don’t think the producers

When I watch the movies by myself, I don’t get the Fahim sound effects. I haven’t decided yet which I prefer.
