Fahim is great about supporting my writing. He’s great at negotiating incentives for me. This week, I have to edit 20 pages a day for Monday through Friday, and then I qualify for a DVD. Cool.
Treats are always good.
We’ve decided that I’ll get the same treat for the next four weeks, but terms to be negotiated at the beginning of each week.
The last two weeks, we negotiated for food packets – in other words, for me to not have to cook. I was ecstatic. I was tired of cooking. I was sooo tired of cooking. If you do the cooking in your house, you know what I’m talking about. Sometimes, ya just need a break. And I got one that lasted two weeks. Whew!
I’m feeling much better about cooking now, and I’m ready to almost resume cooking tomorrow.
