These are Rose-Ringed Parakeets (Psittacula krameri), also known in Sri Lanka as Rena Girava.
The males have a rose collar and a powder-blue tinge to their face.
We periodically have flocks of these parrots in our neighborhood, sometimes as many as 20 or 40 ish. They love hanging out on banana plants and eating the flowers from the orchid tree.
