I think there are far too many monks in my blog lately. 🙂
No, no, we’re talking about the dead Buddhist Monk at this point.
We still have no idea if there was any rioting or if any churches were actually burned or if there were any problems of any kind. There’s been nothing in the news here, so we’re left in the dark.
However, everything seems to be fairly back to normal. Sure, some people are upset – the Buddhists at the Christians for the alleged murder of the monk – whose cause of death was determined to be natural causes by way of heart attack – and the Christians at the Buddhists for being blamed unilaterally for the murder. But other than that, things seem fairly normal.
Other than being told to not go out on Christmas Eve, I haven’t been affected.
So now we’re moving on.
And as another comment, I probably haven’t explained the whole dead monk situation as well as I could have. If you have questions, please ask, and I’ll do what I can to make things make more sense.
