Here, we’ve got a shop (printing, Internet, communications services) to the left in the picture. In front of that, there’s a food cart selling short eats, perhaps. In front of that is a produce stall.
The produce stall has thambili for sale, along with manioc root and a bunch of other stuff.
This is a fairly typical scene here in Sri Lanka. 🙂
