If you’ve never seen one and want an idea of what I’m talking about, look at these ones. The ones in that link are pretty fancy and, oh, ornate, and not entirely true to the standard.
The general idea is a tunic to the knees, but side slits at about the waist. I’ll be wearing comfortable cotton, not that ornate stuff.
Er, when I can get away with it, that is. For a wedding? Yeah, I doubt cotton would ever be considered acceptable for that.
