Sachin

Fahim and I watched the movie Sachin tonight. Well, no, to be accurate, we started it two nights ago, but didn’t have the time to finish it all before bed, and we finished it tonight.

It stars Vijay, the king of Tamil movies, and Genelia D’Souza, a fairly recent arrival on the Tamil movie scene. Raghuvaran plays Vijay’s father, but doesn’t appear until the very end.

It’s a good movie… Vijay is another actor who can play the emotions on demand. He’s fun to watch, and Genelia is also entertaining in this role.

One fight scene involves flooding in the streets and is fun to watch, what with water spraying.

All in all, a good, entertaining movie. Well worth watching.
