Project #365 Day 43 The Resurrection of the Orchid Tree

The orchid tree that sits in front of our house – on the street side of our wall, so not owned by us – was trimmed down to nothing a couple or three weeks back. It grows very quickly, and its branches were hanging on power and telephone lines, threatening to take them down.

A few weeks after the trim, this is what the upper-part of the trunk looks like.

Give it another six months and it’ll look like it was never trimmed. It’ll be full and lush and hanging on the power and telephone lines again. 🙂
