Five at Five Primal Stride challenge –
- I crawled out of bed at 6:30am.
- I drank my electrolytes.
- I did 20 laps in my garden.
My right knee is pulling to the right, causing my knee to stick and hurt and do nasty things. I might have to look into some kind of inner thigh tightening exercises to balance the muscle out and stop the kneecap from pulling to the side.
My hips are not completely happy with the walking, but not in complete protest either. They’re not as bad as yesterday, though, I think. 🙂
I can feel my back tightening up as well, but I’m not sure it’s good. Next week’s crunches will hopefully help with that. 🙂
