Cornflour

I also found cornflour.

I was looking for cornstarch.

Here, what is known in North America as cornstarch is known here as cornflour, same as in Europe, I hear, from Marlene, who’s from Austria/Italy, but who’s actually lived pretty near around the world.

Huh.

In Canada, corn flour is a flour made from ground corn that can be used to make corn tortillas, among other things. What would that be called here?

Probably nothing – I doubt it’s available.
