These are available as a matter of routine here. :) Heck, I make lime juice (key limes) most days, and yesterday, I made papaya juice. Houses here are a door, windows (most of the time), floors (concrete or tile), walls, and ceiling. That's it. Wardrobes are purchased separately. Heck, when you rent, most houses don't come with a fridge, stove, or even cupboards for the kitchen. :) I live in a tropical country.
