Welcome to Flash Fiction Friday, where everything is possible! It’s only limited by your hallucinations and the tests the green little men perform on you in your sleep…

Oh wait, I wasn’t supposed to let that slip… *cough* Ahem. *cough* Where was I?

This week, we’re tiptoeing through the tulips…

Or roses. Or daisies, or lilies if you prefer. Any kind of flower or flowers, really. Me? I prefer… Ah, well, it hardly matters since none o’ you are sending me any, right? :p

Here’s the trick… Yeah, you knew that was going to happen. It couldn’t be as simple as just a flower prompt, could it? Nah. :)

Not only do you need to include at least one flower or type of flower into your short story, but also a…

Goblin.

Extra points if a Sentient Tomato™ appears.

Your reward? A life’s supply of Prozac. Or M&Ms. Not bought by me, of course. You’ll have to find you your own sugar daddy.

So what do you have to do to play? Other than poke yourself in the eye with a sharp pencil?

Follow the rules as outlined, making sure you add the necessary script to your blog and email the pertinent info to me.

This week’s code is:

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="http://www.lmashton.com/fff/fff9.php"></script>

Welcome to Flash Fiction Friday! Let the insanity begin!

Here’s what the code will look like on your page:

How did it get to be #9 already? How come I haven’t done any of your Fridays for too long?

Sigh! I must have precognition because I wrote something about flowers in this post: http://chanphenglew.livejournal.com/161354.html It’s a pollinating good romance in my book!
