Flash Fiction Friday will take place every Friday with a deadline of the following Wednesday (as long as it’s still Wednesday somewhere in the world, it’s not too late…)

The writing prompts I post could be anything… Pictures, phrases, quotes, three words, the first couple of sentences from a famous novel… I might require six words or less for the flash fiction, or exactly 167 words, or under a thousand words… It might be poetry (haikus, anyone? Or *shudder* Vogon poetry) or first person point of view or mystery… In other words, it could be just about anything with just about any kind of twist. :)

If you have any suggestions for an upcoming Flash Fiction Friday, please send them to me at lm (at) lmashton (dot) com with FFF suggestion (to make sure my anti-spam software doesn’t eat it) in the subject line. Of course, any suggestions used will get you get credit (including a link to your site) along with the gratitude (or curses) of your fellow participants. ;)

And of course, if you have any suggestions for making Flash Fiction Friday even better, please feel free to let me know. :)
