Where do you get your ideas from?

My stories frequently come from bizarre dreams, but also are sometimes twigged by discussions, conversations, books, movies, newspaper articles, television episodes, objects around the house… In other words, they come from just about anywhere. Titles, though, I’m not so good at. That takes work.
