I didn’t get as much written as I would have liked. Here are my excuses, not necessarily in any order:
1. It was a fairly hot day – I nearly melted
2. I was tired – haven’t gotten enough sleep lately
3. Fahim, who’s writing a writing program for me, changed the file format, and it had some pretty serious problems as I guinea pigged with it. No lost data, but it did reorganize all my scenes (although the scenes themselves are still intact), and I no longer can see the order, so I have a hard time working on a scene. Can’t tell what’s before or after it.
I wrote a total of 30 pages today.
I can do better. I can do way way better.
Weekends, for me, are not going to be good mad writing days. Dh is home, and I tend to not get a lot of writing done when he’s home. But I will be doing another mad writing day next week. Perhaps Monday?
